Pakistan VS Afganistan

 Second one day cricket match played between Pakistan and Afghanistan cricket  team on 24-08-2023 in which pakistan got victory over Afghanistan.

Afghanistan choose to bat first and put on board a big total of 300 runs on loss of 5 wickets in 50 overs to win for pakistan. Opening partnership was very impressive. 

Rahmanullah Gurbaz made 151 runs in 151 balls.This was hia highest score of his carear,while Ibrahim zardan made 80 runs.

Shaheen Afridi got 2 wickets, usama Mir got 1 wicket and Haris Rauf got 1 wicket. 

Chasing this big total pakistan cricket team started their inning with opening of     Imam ul Haq and Fakhar zaman.

Health is wealth

A famous saying is" Health is Wealth ". We perform different duties in our routine. For doing different activities we need energy. Energy could be gain by consuming different eatable things or by drinks. We should think about those things and drinks that we take , are these good for our health and are fruitful for long period of time or that may be for short time. 

So we should take clean and fresh eatable things in limited time.We should look in our day routine ,if there is some kind of lack in taking fresh and clean things then it may harm us in future. As every machine needs pure fuel for its long life service in same way our body needs Energy but that energy shouuld be obtainned fro fresh things. If you are one of them who don't care about own health then you should care of.

Vegetables as well as fresh fruits are also necessary for our body's proper function. We should pay to purchase for fresh things instead of purchasing cheaper things or to saving our time. If we can't do that, then in future we may face different ailments.
